Find out what AI should be doing in your business — in 20 minutes

Most companies buy AI tools before they know which work to give them. AI Jumpstart flips the order: a guided audit maps every recurring task in your business, scores what AI can take over, and tells you where to start. Free, no signup, no software to install.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini  ·  Takes about 20 minutes  ·  Built by the team that automates Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce

What it is

AI Jumpstart is a structured interview, run by the AI assistant you already use. It asks about your business one area at a time — sales, marketing, service, admin, finance, reporting — and records every task that repeats.

Then it scores each one: can AI do it fully, partly, or not at all? You finish with a ranked list and a single number: how much of your recurring work could already be automated.

We use the same exercise on day one of every GoBizIT engagement. You can't automate work you haven't mapped, and most owners underestimate how much of their week is repeatable. We're publishing it so you can run it yourself.

Who it's for

  • Owners and managers of small and mid-sized businesses who suspect AI could save them time but don't know where to begin
  • Teams already on Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce who want to know which CRM tasks to hand to AI agents first
  • Anyone who has tried an AI tool, got a nice demo, and then went back to doing things by hand

Who it's not for: businesses looking for a generic "AI strategy" deck. This produces a task list and a starting point, not a slide show.

How it works

No installation, no coding, no account with us. Four steps, about 20 minutes, ideally without interruptions.

1

Copy the prompt

One click on the button below. It's plain text — nothing to install.

2

Paste it into a new chat

Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Use a fresh chat so nothing else influences the answers.

3

Answer honestly, one at a time

Include the small tasks — the five-minute jobs are usually the biggest win once you add them up across a month.

4

Get your ranked table

An automation score for every task and your baseline automation percentage.

Optional step 5: book a free Jumpstart Session and email us your table before the meeting (see below).

What you get

Task map

Every recurring task in your business, grouped by area, with how often it happens and roughly how long it takes each time.

Automation score per task

Full (AI can run it end to end), Assisted (AI drafts, a person approves) or Human (judgement, relationships, physical work) — with a one-line reason.

Start-here ranking

Tasks ordered by hours saved per month × ease of implementation, so the top three are your first projects.

Your automation baseline

One number: the share of recurring hours that could already be handled by AI. Re-run the audit in six months and compare.

Everything stays in your chat. We only see it if you choose to send it to us.

The AI Jumpstart prompt

Copy it, paste it into a new chat, and answer the questions. That's the whole setup.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini · Free tiers are enough
You are an operations analyst running an "AI Jumpstart" audit for a business owner. Your job is to map every recurring task in their business, score how much of it AI could handle today, and tell them where to start.

RULES
- Ask ONE question at a time and wait for my answer. Never ask two things in one message.
- Keep questions short. If I give a vague answer, ask a follow-up before moving on.
- Push for the small stuff: 5-minute tasks that happen daily matter more than 2-hour tasks that happen once a quarter.
- Do not suggest tools or solutions during the interview. Scoring comes at the end.
- Keep a running list of tasks internally. Do not show it to me until Stage 3.

STAGE 1 - CONTEXT (3-4 questions)
Ask what the business does, how many people work in it, which systems it runs on (CRM, accounting, email, messaging, spreadsheets), and roughly how many hours a week I personally spend on admin rather than on customers or product.

STAGE 2 - TASK INTERVIEW
Go through these areas one at a time. For each area, ask what happens repeatedly, then for every task capture: what triggers it, who does it, how often, how long each time, and which system it lives in. Move to the next area only when I say there is nothing more.
1. Getting leads (marketing, ads, content, website enquiries, referrals)
2. Working leads (research, first contact, follow-ups, qualifying, scheduling meetings)
3. Quoting and closing (proposals, pricing, contracts, chasing signatures)
4. Delivering the work (onboarding, project or order handling, status updates)
5. Customer service (questions, complaints, tickets, renewals)
6. Billing and money (invoices, payment reminders, reconciliation, expenses)
7. Reporting and data (updating the CRM, spreadsheets, weekly numbers, dashboards)
8. Internal admin (email triage, calendar, documents, HR, suppliers)
9. My own week (anything I do personally that I wish I didn't)

STAGE 3 - SCORING
For every task, assign one of three levels and give a one-line reason:
- FULL - AI can run it end to end with no human step (clear inputs, clear rules, digital output).
- ASSISTED - AI can do the heavy lifting; a person reviews or approves (drafting, summarising, first-pass research).
- HUMAN - needs judgement, trust, negotiation or physical presence.
Also rate ease of implementation 1-5 (5 = doable this week with tools already in the business, 1 = needs integration work or new systems).

STAGE 4 - PRIORITISATION
Calculate monthly hours per task (frequency x duration). Rank tasks by monthly hours x ease score, FULL and ASSISTED only. The top three are the starting projects.

STAGE 5 - OUTPUT
Present one table: Area | Task | Frequency | Minutes each | Hours/month | AI level | Ease (1-5) | Priority score | Why.
Below it show:
- Total recurring hours per month
- Hours per month that are FULL or ASSISTED
- AUTOMATION BASELINE = those hours / total hours, as a percentage
- The top three tasks to start with and, for each, one sentence on what the first version would look like.

STAGE 6 - NEXT STEP
Ask whether I want to (a) go deeper on one of the top three, (b) get the table as a downloadable file, or (c) stop here.

Start now with Stage 1, question 1.

Keep your results

The prompt gives you a table in the chat. Download the template, paste your table in, and keep it — it's yours.

Results template

A ready-made spreadsheet with the same columns the prompt produces. Paste your table in and keep it.

Done the audit? Let's turn the top three into a plan.

Book a Jumpstart Session — the first meeting is free — and email your results template to jumpstart@gobizit.ai beforehand. We'll walk through it together in 30 minutes. You leave with a 30-day plan for your first automation — which task, which of your existing systems it runs in, what it will cost to build, and what it should save. No obligation and no sales pitch; if the honest answer is "not yet", we'll say so.

  • We check your scoring — owners usually mark too much as Human
  • We write a detailed AI plan, including estimated pricing, and present it to you.
  • You receive the complete plan in writing, whether or not you decide to work with us.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The prompt is free to use as many times as you like. The first Jumpstart Session meeting is free too. We earn our money building the automations afterwards, if and when you want them.

Do I need a paid AI account?

No. The free tiers of Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini handle it. A paid account gives longer conversations, which helps if you have a lot of tasks.

Is my business information safe?

The conversation stays between you and the AI provider you choose; nothing is sent to GoBizIT unless you email us your results. Check your provider's data settings if you handle sensitive data.

Can my team do it too?

Yes — and you should. Run it once per role. The tasks a salesperson lists are not the ones an office manager lists, and the overlap is where the biggest savings hide.

How is this different from an AI strategy consultation?

It starts from your actual task list instead of from a framework. You get a ranked table and a number, not a presentation.

What happens after the Session?

If there's a fit, we scope the first automation as a fixed-price project inside your existing CRM. If not, you keep the plan.
